3D SCAN & DIGITAL TWINS

The process generates a detailed point cloud together with an as-built BIM model. Measured plans and interactive 3D viewing access allow all stakeholders to work from the same validated information.

DESIGN STAGE I - CONCEPT

DESIGN STAGE II - VISION

DESIGN STAGE III - PRECISION

At this stage, we eliminate ambiguity. We produce fabrication-level documentation, coordinate complex engineering systems (MEP), and run clash-detection simulations. This isn’t just a drawing–it is a technical manual for flawless implementation.

MANUFACTURING
With the technical “source of truth” established in the Precision stage, the project moves to our own state-of-the-art factory. This is where high-level engineering meets artisanal craftsmanship, transforming digital data into physical architectural elements with uncompromising accuracy within a fully controlled production ecosystem.
Our production process is directly guided by the finalized BIM models. To guarantee a flawless execution, every bespoke element is fully assembled at our facility to ensure every joint, finish, and connection fits perfectly. Once verified, the products are carefully disassembled and secured for transit, eliminating the traditional “trial and error” of on-site construction.

- Verified Pre-Assembly: All products are professionally assembled and then disassembled at our factory to ensure 100% fit-out accuracy before shipping.
- Industrial-Grade Protective Packaging: Components are secured in specialized industrial packaging designed for safe transport and easy handling.
- Complete Technical Drawing Set: Detailed assembly instructions and shop drawings for the final on-site installation.

BUILD-OUT
ArtDen delivers the full physical realization of your project – from custom fabrication to bespoke space renovation and precision installation. Based on the finalized fabrication-level BIM model, our engineers coordinate production, construction sequencing, and on-site execution to ensure every architectural and interior element is implemented exactly as designed.
Surface preparation, finishing works, and integration of lighting, flooring, wall systems, and built-in elements are all supervised to maintain design integrity and the highest quality standards.
